Self-Service Dashboard
All staff members are presented with a dashboard when they login. Here they are given a summary of information relating to them.
Training History
Staff can view their full training history inclusive of attendance, completion dates and verification. This information is tracked in the system allowing both supervisors and employees to review training histories.
Supervisor Dashboard
The supervisor dashboard allows managers to view and manage their teams. The summary view provides high level action items for their team with more detail available via an expansion button.
Training Request Workflow
The training request workflow engine simplifies training request management. Administrators can view training requests by user or by course. They can then efficiently book staff into the relevant sessions.
eLearning Designer
The eLearning Designer uses intuitive drag-and-drop functionality ensuring you don’t require any technical skills. It caters for the creation of all types of online course content.
Accreditation Management
Employees can register all their accreditations in the Pulse Learning module. Features such attachments, accreditation verification and renewal notifications can be easily accessed and managed in the Accreditation Management section.
